I have never visited a blog before this one. I always thought blogs were a home for views and ideas outside the mainstream. I enjoyed the story of the client meeting and how generations use technology in the information age.

While they will never twitter or have Facebook profiles, they are now less intimidated by the Internet than their DVD player. Unlimited information that is also a conduit to community is a hard thing to resist, even for the biggest technophobe.
